My way of working is to provide high-quality hands-on treatments in the short term to relieve pain. Once levels of discomfort have reduced the focus switches to injury rehabilitation to strengthen the injured area for a full recovery and to prevent the issue re-occurring. Each treatment plan is individualised for each patient to meet their day-to-day demands.
